Cancer Maps
Objective
The objective of this project is to understand where cancer cases exist so we can seek their potential correlations with environmental sources. We partnered with the Family Health Outcomes Project at UCSFwith our project led by researcher, Dr. Linda Remy.
Accessing data from the California Cancer Registry, Northern California Cancer Center and our door-to-door survey data in 2002 and 2003 survey door to door surveys the team is finalizing their work on the cancer maps. We are hoping to have them published in early 2007.
